An Open Letter To Ashra Koehn, the love spell caster, a fake?

Dear Asrha Koehn,

You did not like the fact this little blog, that gets under 100 users daily had posted what many other sites over the years have posted, the truth about you: that you are a scammer!  The more people speak up, the more people know the truth. Why does it bother you? Do you think it is okay to continue to scam people? This is what you reported to DMCA:

The website “” has take a screenshot of one of my written product that is only available to customers who paid for the service report. You will see a screenshot of the plagiarized product about half way down the page located here ( . its the screenshot that also has the green glass background. You will notice a copyright protection notice on the authorized work.

Ashra, let’s get this straight. Anything on my site, falls under “Fair Use Act” , a notice I have on my website :

Fair Use of Images :

NOTICE: Any images on this website falls under “Fair Use” Act:

Section 107 of the Copyright Act defines fair use as follows:

[T]he fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include —

  1. the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
  2. the nature of the copyrighted work;
  3. the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole;
  4. and the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

So you see, it is fair use to use images IF I am using it for educational purposes only, which, in this case, as this website states, is allowed. People send me items to post on the website to expose scammers. Here are some of the sites people posted the truth about you on, over the years :

Let’s look at the Sitejabber site:

here is one from

These are a few sites that have posted about who you are.. and yet you go and attack me?  You have no idea who I am dearie. I have been around since 2008…(and Ashra, this wasn’t the domain I had; the one I used; I had the archives removed many years ago)  I have been reading on forums for years, people have been contacting me for years, and the only reason why I resurrected my website was because over the last two years, people have been contacting me about the ‘Love Spell Caster Scam Ring” that is still hot today in 2019.

Why do you think it is okay to scam people? Why do you play the victim when you are caught? Why do you expect people to apologize when they post the truth, dearie? The more people who speak up, the more will realize:

you do NOT Have to pay a spell caster to do ‘love’ spells as you have the magic within yourself, dearie! And that is always free.

Why do you continue to attack people? Or make up fake profiles to boost your website? Why do you continue to scam people? And why do you care if people post the truth? You are still scamming people on a daily basis, You are taking our hard-earned cash and laughing all the way to the bank.. you lie about living in Australia and Colorado. You still live in the same country as you had been since I first heard about you when you had a site registered in a country that I will not say on here, as it is all over the internet. Get yourself a cup of tea, my dear and please give it a rest. Please leave me alone dearie, and please stop scamming people. Do what everyone else does, get a real job.

And dearie, the post of one of your beautifully generated letter, was submitted to me by a former customer. I have more from other former customers, shall I post them? Please remove that link, if you are hiding behind your real location and real name, then why would you do this to others? I haven’t said where you are from or your real name; although it is all over the internet. I do that out of kindness and respect. You are ruthless and do not care that you scam people and the people will say the truth. You could have contacted me directly, instead you contacted DMCA via google. If you had contacted me directly, I would have kindly removed the image. You did not contact me.
