Meditation is important to do in your everyday life. It is a way to cleanse your negative energy ; to help focus and if you are doing spell work, this is good to to as well. When I meditate, I put on music to whatever mood I am, it helps me focus. For example, this morning, I was listening to Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody and looking at the picture of my lover, focusing on why I like him…. why I love him, focusing on positive energy. Also that song is magical 🙂 You can’t go wrong with Queen!
